My name is Carlo. I’m originally from Italy, and I moved to Amsterdam to complete my university studies. Shortly after graduating I decided to commit to music professionally. I founded Nowhere Music in 2018, and since then composition and orchestration have been my full-time work.
I write bespoke orchestral music for theatre, short films, games and metal artists, which keeps my work life varied in ways I wouldn’t have predicted when I started. But that I most definitely welcome.
Alongside commissioned work, I am starting to focus more on ensemble works, whilst continuing to explore the intersection between orchestral music and heavy metal in my ongoing solo project.
